Have you ever had a cocktail, mixture of all juices and when it touches your tongue, you will have a different taste. Same is the case with this movie, mixture of many movies given in a new package. Well here cocktail is given in a stylish cup in fact a colorful cup, I mean the actors in this movie (Ranbir and Katrina). Even when you have a cocktail you will feel a new taste but this movie was no new except in the cast and the locations. Well, its interesting that Rajkumar Santoshi has made this movie mixing all hit scenes in many movie. Raj why did you make this movie? I think you made this movie to make people think and scratch their heads thinking, ‘In which movie I have seen this scene?’
Well coming to the story line, I will put this in the form of an equation. Prem (Chopra) loves Jenny (Jennifer – Katrina), But Katrina loves Rahul (Upen Patel). But Father of Rahul is a villain not accepting their love, so it becomes Rahul (Villain in between) Jenny , but Ranbir as a lover wanted Jenny to be happy so he kidnaps her and takes her to Rahul ( guys have you seen Telugu block buster Arya). Now it will be too clear what it is about. At last Rahul + Jenny – Prem, An inequality. So the director has solved this inequality by removing Rahul from the above equation and adding Prem, now it has become Jenny+Prem. And at last as I expected the climax ends in the marriage of Jenny with Rahul, the same old concept of heroine saying ‘No…………. I don’t love you, I love Prem” What the F!@#.
I really want to see that type of situation in real life when the bride realizes after she is tying knot with the other person. Hmmm think about (Namaste London, Mujhe Kuch kehna hei, Arya, Nuvve Kavali, Ready, current etc). But I think that is possible only with film makers. As in real life people are at least little intelligent and realize that they love some other person and the marriage will not be going onto the sets. (I definitely mean how the characterization of the heroines is up to in the Indian movies).
Well there are couple of good points about the movie, like the Comedy (only in some parts of the movie), the songs and the picturisation of the songs, the hero and the heroine. The dialogue of Prem’s dad in the end fighting sequence was humorous and the best I have seen in this movie. In one scene Sallu Bhai enters, (Even if this happens truly in real life I can say that Katrina is my close chap and when I call her as Katy she comes near and talks to me and saying to my friends that ‘ He is my close chap’ ). How AJAB scene.( nee to see the movie to understand).
Coming to technical department the cinematography was awesome especially for the song ‘Tu Jaane na…’. The music was good (Pritam), background (Salim – Suleiman) – Not noticed. The screenplay fell flat, didn’t understand some scenes in the movie like how Katrina got kidnapped, and the scenes where a comedy scene appears and then suddenly out of that conversation the movie goes emotional. The comedy in some parts of the movies was ridiculous where I felt I laughed 10 years back for such type of comedy and there is nothing to laugh in this movie, not even smile. The climax comedy was gone haywire. Acting wise Ranbir was too good and katty has improved a lot lot lot. And there was nothing Ajab with Prem as he was clear that he loves Jenny , but Ajab was Jenny who doesn’t know whom she was loving, I thought the title should be re-written as Ajab Jenny Ki Ghazab Kahani.
Bottom Line: – Well, they should have made an animated movie with this kind of script as children would have liked it more. Yes it was made for children.

Puri is back with a commercial entertainer pitching in Prabhas in the leading role and introducing bollywood bombshell Kangana Ranaut in this action packed flick. Well Puri has done this movie on contractual basis with Aditya Ram movies. So maybe it looked like he was forced to pen down this script without any experimentation. It’s the same characterization of the hero’s character like his previous films with some more attraction to it.
Coming to the storyline Chotu (Prabhas) estranged from his parents at young and involved in a kind of slum dog’s beggary theme. He hands over criminals to police and makes money while he grows up. He meets Sameera (Kangana) in a incident where he hands over her brother to the police. And the chemistry continues and as usual he will be involved in chaos of the villain Jaggu Bhai (Sonu Sood) and the story continues with both of them encountering throughout the movie till the end. At the end he finds his parents.
Well here nothing to mention about the story line but the thing to be mentioned here is the characterization of the Hero and the Villain. Prabhas was extraordinary in his role as Chotu and no doubt that he has done it well, in fact awesome. His dialogue delivery has made people clap in the cinemas. The fights and the violence sequences were very handled by him and the body language was perfect package for him in this role. Coming to the villain characterization Sonu Sood has done really well as a rowdy with a bit of comedy touch. It was a kind of psychopath character but he was not a psycho. May not be equally to be mentioned when compared to the hero but definitely will be a reason if the film is going to be a hit. The heroine’s character was ok and hmm anybody would have suited for that role, so nothing to be discussed. The humorous part of the film has gone haywire. (I think maybe this is the effect of the rush in scripting by the director where he intends to complete the film and should go on to the cinemas ASAP due to contractual agreements with the producer).
The technical department was at its best and no negative about that. The stunts are a major asset for the movie and were shot very well unlike those were in Bujjugadu. The fighting sequences were very well shown and those suits only for those who have a body language like Prabhas. The music was scored by Mani Sharma and as usual good tunes can say very well. The title song is simply awesome. Movie involved a song with Michael Jackson’s Dangerous tune with Telugu lyrics and it was a tribute to the King of POP (Listen to the lyrics carefully and they are meaningful).
Bottom Line: – Go watch it once its nowhere boring, can give a try.

Well another movie has been added to my best movies
I have seen in my life till now. Movie with sedulous pursuit and which is honed in every section of the film. I can say it is the result of perfect script and that script which was worked on by the director for nearly a decade. The characters were fanatically made. The dialogues are awesomely written and the humor part was a different kind which involved a serious situation and there was a mixture of humor in it. A perfect masterpiece. Ahh…. Stop reading this review I think you better watch it as it is worth watching rather than just reading this review.
The movie starts off in the backdrop of German occupied France with a Nazi colonel Hans Landa (played by Christoph Waltz) killing a Jewish family and leaving a girl of that family for mercy. Now a group of Jewish American soldiers (The bastards) is formed and plan to enter the land of France occupied by Germany. The head of the group Raine (Brad Pitt) has a plot to kill the Nazis ghastly (mainly trouncing) to make the Germans know their presence. The girl Shosanna (who was left with mercy by the colonel) plans a plot to burn the cinema which she owns as there was a German premiere and which would be attended by many superior Nazi officials including the Fuehrer. And at last the girl and the Bustards are successful in their plot leaving Shosanna to death.
Well this itself is not the movie as every character and every scene in the movie was overwhelming. Especially the character of Colonel Hans Landa played by Christoph Waltz was with a surge of ordinance. All the characters are given equally important and are really important as you cannot miss any of the scenes in the movie. A shootout sequence in a bar was simply awesome (watch in a cinema to enjoy the sequence). The technical part of the movie… hmmm just go watch to have it experienced. The climax has its own glamour.
The scenes I liked in the movie are i) The bar sequence (especially the part when one of the Nazi official asks for 3 glasses will not use thumb) ii) The Climax the unknown developments in the movie when the Colonel comes to know that a plot is made against the Fuehrer to kill him was dramatically made. Hats off to the director and the script writer.
This is the best example of a great film which solely depends on the script and the characterization and lets wait and see how many awards is it going to bag in the year including the Academy Awards.
Bottom Line: – Two way thumbs up for the movie which is gloriously made. – Its the INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS.

Starring: Santosh, Chaitanya, Jagapathi Babu, Pi
a, Deepa, Krishnudu and others
Director: Sivanageswara Rao
Music: Sunil Kashyap
Release date: 02 October 2, 2009
Another flick from Usha kiron movies which has introduced 4 new budding actors to Tollywood. Ninnu Kalisaka shows the difference between love and friendship between and concludes saying “First Love is the Best Love”.
Coming to the story the movie portrays the fickle mindedness of two couples who are not matured to take a decision. Abhiram (Santosh) and Deepthi (Deepa) is a couple and Chandu (Chaitanya Krsihna) and Pia (Bindu) is another couple. Abhiram and Bindu go abroad on a professional trip to handle project. They become good friends and their friendship slowly develops into more and not sure if are they really in love and by the time the project is over, they feel that they are in love. And at home Deepthi and Chandu become good friends and just friends. They are clear about their relationship. Now the rest go watch on screen how are they are going to conclude their perceptions about each other.
The performance of all the new actors was good and they have really good future and should definetly concentrate on their minus points. Santosh and Pia have some scintillating chemistry scenes which are shot in Malaysia and Singapore. Santosh has shown confidence and has good potential to perform to his best. He was good at dances and a little bit of home work on expressions will take him to greater heights. The rendition work involving Chaitanya and Deepa were good and they have done good job. Chaitanya was also good at dancing and got the opportunity in two songs (he played) to project his talent and should work on the dialogue delivery. Deepa was looking like a cute beautiful girl. Pia was good at every point.
Coming to the technical department, first thing to be mentioned here is the music for this movie. It was really awesome especially two songs “Dil Se…” and “Mounam Manasulona…” Two songs were foot tapping. And background score was a good job. The photography was good and dialogues were adept.
Besides all of this somewhere the salt in the dish was little less. Some scenes in the movie looked erratic and this may fetch the movie less ratings. The direction department should have taken more care with screenplay and other scenes especially when dealing with a new bunch of artists. The concept was good and should have been projected very well in some parts like narration and screenplay. The comedy has gone haywire. Not sure how a director like Sivanageswara Rao who made good comedy movies like ‘Money’, ‘Pattukondi Chooddam’ ‘Mr. and Mrs. Shilaja Krishnamurthy’ can go baseless on comedy tracks.
The movie ends with a message for this current generation and the way the message conveyed to them through Jagapathi Babu was a different kind of ending. The few scenes of Santosh with Jagapathi Babu were not looking like conversation between them rather it was he(Jagapathi) was conveying a message to the audience and The director himself played the role of Baba (Love Guru)who calculates the steps followed by lovers. He was made up to look like Amitabh Bachhan. (Heard in an interview from the director that they were planning to pitch in the Big B himself for the character but the budget didn’t allow the big task). But is there really an oppurtunity for Big B to accept this role?????? Definetly no.
Bottom Line:- It’s a flick in which the new budding talented actors have shown their potential and are in renown spots and can say as an epitome that not all the movies will be unerring.

Today was the day in INDIA, when Indians were watching Pakistan Vs Australia rather than watching a match in which INDIA was playing.
Today was the day when all Indian cricket fans were supporting Pakistan.
Today was the in day INDIA, may be many were praying that Pakistan must and should win over Australia.
Today was the day where majority in INDIA were on Pakistan side. Do you think that this may happen? Or did you anytime expect that this situation will occur? I did not.
Yes its true, this day may or may not come in future again and no rules saying that this occurs every damn number of years. Yes today 30/09/2009 – Wednesday was a day when Pakistan cricket team has got Indian supporters for their match against Ausies.
This dependency had happened many times for INDIA but never with Pakistan.
When Rana was bowling block holes and Yorkers in the last overs of the match everybody were cheering. When Misbah saved a boundary saving three runs ,today he looked like a hero , Younis khan has got full support not only from supporters from India and Pakistan but also , may be a huge support from BCCI as an INDIAN captain gets.
As mentioned by the commentator for this match Pak (vs.) Aus (don’t know who he was) but said the right thing that “Every Television in India is on and they are watching this match and not the match which INDIA was playing against West Indies”. All media channels were portraying the same point and even the Aakashavani was no exception.
And guyz this is cricket and the champion can be only one and they are worth it to be called so. And winner can also be only one in any game and this time in cricket it was Australia (who left behind INDIA and rushed into semis). And next it may be INDIA. And I hope that Indian team will endure this situation.
This situation has been faced by many teams previously (by WI, SL etc) and now even the 3 time world champion’s’ ordinance has been weakened. Many present Indian cricketers are now being renowned and may be everybody expects them to surge more in the game rather than issues which may create detrimental problems. And media has also a major role here, where I see mostly media exaggerates things which should not be given importance at all. (The Viru and Dhoni Issue). A Hindi news channel was very much interested in this issue and they were showing this issue with overwhelming joy. Is it really necessary?
These are some of the reasons for failure or polemical situations Well, anyhow my topic was not regarding this but one fine day I may come up with a good post on this but this was the day which put me into reprehensible situation which I never thought it would happen.
P.S:- Is anything wrong in the above post? Want suggestions.(expect grammar corrections as it is more complicated than anything for me)

First of all I want to say,
Even when I know that I am seeing a re-make of a stunning Bollywood movie, I was never comparing this movie with that movie, because I was totally seeing a Telugumovie with telugu dialogues and was pretty much interested to see how the telugu version is going to be. As I expected, the movie looked like a fresh jelly removed from frost with just a color change to the previous one. Eenadu has succeeded in making audience clap for some of the dialogues and in keeping audience stick to their seats (even the audience who has seen “A Wednesday”). So by this we can say that Eenadu is success in whatever category it wanted to be. Basically its very hard to judge a movie which is remade and remade in exactly same way but in my opinion Eenadu has made its way to a success.
Plot – Need not be mentioned and cast no doubt revolves around two good actors. Well the only difference in the movie compared to a Wednesday is the technical stuff. Came to know from my friend that the movie was filmed using a red camera (some what digitized picture which does not involve reel). It is not noticeable but when you see it carefully I think you may see the difference. The photography was excellent and the director Chakri Toleti has used his camera man to a perfect level.
The music was brilliant; If Shruthi Haasan herself composed the music bits then she is really talented. The mixing was too good and added salt to the movie. Coming to the performances Venkatesh was just himself with a matured character, but definetly not a character which Venkatesh must have done, Prakash Raj or some else would have would have done that character and in my opinion if the character was given to Prakash Raj he could have done with élan. But I really didn’t understand why Venkatesh has really accepted a character like this. Multi starrer is a good change that should surely cometo Tollywood but well personified actor like Venkatesh should look for other roles in Multi Starrer movies.
And coming Padmashree Kamal Haasan as an imposter of a terrorist, himself in the character played naturally and but for me Naseeruddin Shah was better looking a common Man than Mr.Kamal Haasan. Yes I mean it. It doesn’t mean that kamal has not done well!! And I don’t have any damn reason to say that he was not good at it as he has proved it previously and nothing more I can say. He was superb for the role, but Naseeruddin shah was in a better position and added more conviction to the character “The Common Man”.
And the movie has also not changed its basics from Wednesday, it went along the same storyline and it is the same as expected. But the taking was totally different in Eenadu. And some of the dialogues which are added have kept people thinking what was the situation about, was it positive or was it negative. And Mr.Haasan telling about a pregnant on the road was bull shit and why the hell is that needed?
And a dialogue “When Terrorism is instant why can’t Justice be?” Can this happen in this country? And some dialogues were making people laugh, dialogues such as when the reporter refuses to go to the Airport Kamal says” When India lost to Pakistan in Cricket, its not the responsibility of the TV channel which relays a live show”. And some dialogues are out of box as bringing in Gujarat in the conversation between a terrorist and a police officer.
After all I can say that in the cinema I have seen people who have not seen A Wednesday were enjoying the movie and were really stunned when knowing that Kamal is not a terrorist but just a Common Man.
Bottom Line: – Not a bad Movie, see it as Tollywood Movie not a remake you will just stick to your seats, A Honest film.

Whos next?? A million dollar question and some say that the answer is obvious that it will be Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy. (S/O of Late.Y.S.RajaShekar Reddy). And no explanations needed for this thing to happen. There are several reasons why Jagan will be the next CM.
- YSR family has the largest group in the state and that many followers who will definetly are behind everything that happens in the state.
- The present cabinet has the people of YSR, which we can say that his people and definetly the cabinet will support him (as we are seeing that now).
- If Jagan is not given will that position the High command is pretty intelligent and they know what will be the consequences if another name is taken into consideration.
- The party may split again into groups and the grip that YSR had on the state will be lost if another candidate is named other than Jagan.
- Nevertheless the charisma that YSR holds is same or a little bit more than what his son holds.
- The support of the big shots will always be with YSJ.
- At this situation the Congress High command will not take any risks by bringing up another name onto the screen.
- YSR in his 5.5 yrs rule gained control on all the major business sectors and industrialized areas in major part of the state.
- The “Aam Aadmi “has been the main agenda of YSR and the Centre too, so now YSJ in his father’s footsteps should follow the same.
- The party cannot risk the resignations of many Ministers and MLAs if Jagan is not made as CM.
- The former CM’s aide and best friend KVP tactics are one of the reasons for congress victory both the times ( the famous Pada Yatra was designed by him). And the second time victory has something to do with his political experience. So this brain will work only for one person and that is … (everyone understands who is this). And even the centre cannot afford to lose him and his experience.
- The state is not ready for another political turmoil and the dramatic developments.
- He owns a news paper and 24 hrs News channel.
- Last but not the least, Jagan will be the only person who can fit in the fathers shoes in many ways and the only person by whom his father’s policies and projects will be taken further.
The above points need no explanations, they are what they are and if anyone asks why is it so? The answer is “That’s It”… No more discussions.

Mallanna – movie with a message, but also with some of the unnecessary things which spoilt the movie to a large extent. In fact it was the movie not only with a message, but also with some hypothetical facts present and going around in our country. But the concept used in this film has become a cliché and should have been handled well, in fact very well. The film was sounding good at technical aspects but some things which made people to endure and not really enjoy the movie.
Mallanna – A CBI officer with his 11 friends (also IPS graduates) who hold different posts in police department and form a team to bring out the black money by raiding the houses of big business men and of people who earn money illegally and take some percentage of the money and distribute among people who are in need and to eradicate poverty. They follow different means to do this and in the mean time with no reason he comes across Subba Lakshmi (Shriya) – daughter of one of the victim (Aashish Vidyarthi) and chemistry between them was dilatory. This will be depicted as Lord “Mallanna” is responsible for all these (people believe). Shriya wants to take revenge from Mallanna for making his father paralyzed. And the story goes on…. and obviously happy ending.
Coming to the technical aspects of the movie, the camera (don’t know what to call that) which is dominant in brown color has been extensively used and that gave me a feeling that I was watching the movie with Sunglasses onJ. The stunts were mediocre. While watching the songs of the movie got an doubt that is Shriya a heroine or an item girl in the movie. (In olden days – not that old) in some songs and in some scenes those type of costumes were worn by Item gals but in this movie got a feeling that Shriya herself serving the purpose. (In song especially Meow Meow).
In my observation the director wanted to show the reality but after watching the movie I felt that it was exaggerated. Lack of comedy caused detriment to the movie and there was surprisingly not a single humorous bit in the movie. Songs were coming and going just like ads between each over of a cricket match. Before forgetting the feral effect of the previous effect of the song another appeared, thank god atleast thank the director as he has limited the songs to 7, thanks to the protocol that any film should have atleast 6 songs – (just kidding but they usually do as it is a protocol and make the film miss the plot – are they really needed is a big”?”. Basically the movie has lost its track to the love story and songs and they played a forestall play in the movie. The movie was very long and it was elasticized to max extent and one of my friend commented “It is like I am watching this movie since 2 days JJ and yet it’s not over. And we can thank director for showing us Mexico just for the sake of showing and a song simply for that and I found no reason why the song was shot (Mambo) and the lyrics were not at all sync with the storyline.
Some of the interesting things are in one scene the Hero with be held and knelt down with his eyes tied and about 6 people around him stand with guns( remember they had guns) aimed at him. After that a car rams into them by a undercover police officer – hero’s friend (played by the director himself) and then a fighting starts where the hero exhibits his skills fighting with his eyes tied up and killing people around him. And they just fight with the hero, but where the guns which were previously aimed at the hero???.
The producer must have distributed the money spent on this movie to poor people instead of making this movie.
At last just want to say Mallanna lacked something not in the acting department (Vikram had good job as always he does), but in the screenplay where people didn’t get what was really happening.
Bottom Line: – Hmmmm ….. Ok, watch it on your own risk. Cannot say more than this.

If you are tired of the day work, and want some pleasant experience which removes the feeling of tiresome, go watch “Love Aaj Kal”. It is just like feeling cool breeze which comes your way when you stand on top of a hill station and which gives a gratifying feeling. Go watch and return with a smile on your face.
The two dialogues in the movie when a girl (not Deepika) asks Saif, that does he really love him, Saif says ‘LOVE’, Actually he didn’t sort it out till now what is love. So the girl says “Call me when you sort it out till then good bye”. This is all about Love Aaj Kal.
Jai (Saif) is happy go life kinds of a person living in London who always wanna does and take things practically. He never understands the meaning of Love (even me too even after watching this movieJ), but understands that what all he really did and had the feeling is really Love. Well, Deepika is the person with whom he shares everything in his life and never understands he loves her. They break up in the starting of the movie due to their personal reasons and want to continue communicating with each other through phone, mails etc(Deepika would be leaving for India after break up). Saif have dreams to get into the largest construction firm in San Francisco. He treats this dream to be important rather than Deepika. While In India Rahul Khanna and Deepika make a couple.. Important thing to mention here is the role of Rishi Kapoor who relates Saif’s decisions to his life and he tells his story whenever Saif asks him. The movie ends with an interesting note, can say its Imtiaz Ali’s style of making a movie.
Imtiaz Ali has proved to be again a potential movie maker with Love Aaj Kal. The past of Rishi Kapoor was well handled by the director and surprisingly used Saif in the flashback of Rishi Kapoor’s Love story. And the girl (Rishi Kapoor’s lover) is cute with genuine charm and made not only Rishi Kapoor but also much of the audience to praise her beauty. Deepika really did well, better than her previous movies and was very interesting to see her presenting her acting skills. The chemistry between Saif and Deepika was drafted with modesty. Thanks to the director to portray that with an aura of congeniality. The dialogues may to some extent didn’t work out work for the movie but were meaningful. Especially with no action sequences, lewd scenes, chaos consequences, havoc situations Love Aaj Kal is O.K; Songs are good and same concept of last song after the end of the movie.
Bottom Line: – Give it a try, definetly not a bad movie but surely a soothing movie which will not disappoint.
